A lot of people hesitate to use an on-line systems as they are scared to loose data or loose their Internet connection to the systems. This can happen any time due server issues, network routing issues or simply network issues. Most of the time things will resolve within minutes or hours, but what do you do in that time when you need access to your appointments now?
A backup of appointments would work.
There are 2 options to have a backup with www.Appoitment.com
1.) is to use our backups system which will backup all your future appointments on your local machine. With the Appointment.com backup software you can run any time a booking report for a specific date range or day.

Once the program is loaded, log into the backup system with your username and password. To access your bookings for a particular day, do a search in the Search Schedule Booking section on the right. In order to have the backup running (every 4 hours) you need to keep this page/backup software running on your machine, or you can manually update the system anytime by selecting Load Bookings from site.
2.) is to use the Google Calendar API and have all the appointments stored in an Google Calendar as well.
If you use these 2 options, you will always be able to access your appointments.
