Google API added for Booking Agents and Vendors

We have now added the Google Calendar API for "Booking Agents" and the "Vendor" to update their Google Calendar with booked and canceled appointments.
This is a very good tool if you would like to take advantage of the Google SMS notification and invitation feature.

St. George Bank (Australia) Payment Gateway

We have included the St. George Payment Gateway API into www.BookingCalendar.com for our Australian customers.

Edit Subject line of e-mail notifications

We have added a new feature to customize and add information into the "subject line" for each e-mail notification. See this in your "Schedule Admin".

Description of fields added to admin pages

Based on customer feedback we have added explanations within the administration screens to make setting up your calendar easier. You will see them as "?" links within the admin screens. Simply move the mouse over a "?" and a detailed explanation of this field will pop up.

New Website and Billing System in place

Over the past year BookingCalendar.com has made a number of upgrades and improvements to your online bookingcalendars including a trouble ticketing system, GoogleCalendar Sync, an Authorize.net gateway, QuickBooks integration and much more. With this, has come added value to your calendar and business. We are also announcing the launch of our new website this week. Please visit us at www.bookingcalendar.com. Any large upgrades will now be listed on the website under our blog, so please return to this page frequently to learn more about what your calendar can do for you and your business.

We are also upgrading our billing system to automate billing and give you access to your reports on booking activities. You can view your personal billing account when logged in as a vendor under "Billing". NOTE: The billing information and rates that you will see listed are our new rates. We will contact you when your current term is up to renew your plan one final time on the old prices. These rates are not yet applicable to you, see below for further details.

Along with the release of the new website we are also restructuring our prices. This in part due to customer requests for monthly payments and fluctuations in the economy. Accordingly, BookingCalendar.com's new pricing will be as follows:

We are also introducing a new Annual Booking Plan for those of you taking very few bookings over the year or a large number of bookings infrequently throughout the year.
This new pricing will be as follows:

For all curr ent/active clients: We will honour your current pricing scheme for one more renewal period (either 3 months, 6 months or 1 year). This means that if you are currently signed up for a 3 month Package, you will automatically receive one more 3 month renewal at the same rate. Alternatively, you can contact us to change your payment period to a 6 month or 1 year renewal with your current rate. The following renewal will reflect the new prices described above. If you want to increase your payment period for your next renewal you can do this at the time of the renewal or you can contact us right away at sales@bookingcalendar.com.


For all free trial users: We are offering you our old rates for one payment period (either 3 months, 6 months or 1 year) as thanks for signing up for the free trial. The following renewal/payment period will reflect the new prices described above.
