Added more headings to import customers

We added more columns to import new customers.
Here are the column headings:

Color Templates added and new setup Wizard

Now for all new Free trial sign up we have now implemented a "Vendor Admin" Wizard.
The new wizard makes simplifies the settings for the Vendor Admin.
At the same time we included a couple color templates to choose from. These color templates are also available within your "Manage Site Template" page.

added new method to API - tGetCustomer method named 'direct_login_url'

we had a software company requesting adding a API for getting a direct link to have the customer loged into the calendar.

The means that they like to have the customer first log into their application and then link them to the calendar already logged in.

We added new field in tGetCustomer method named 'direct_login_url'

This URL will log you automatically in as this customer from your application
