Better Agent Access

Using the "Agent Auto Login URL", your agents can be automatically logged into the calendar and have a specific URL to save as a bookmark or desktop shortcut. To create an Agent, go to Agent Admin and select Add new Agent. Once you have done the basic Agent settings, update the profile and then Modify it again. You will now see a link under "Agent Auto Login URL". This is the link that you can use to auto login your agents and save as a bookmark.
