BookingCalendar.com has added a new feature that allows you to save your appointments as an ICS file. This file can be imported into Outlook.
This can be a useful tool, but it is not the ideal way to keep your Outlook calendar in sync with your BookingCalendar.com.
We would suggest that you get a free Gmail account which includes the Google Calendar. Now you can activate the API (sync option) in BookingCalendar.com to update the Google Calendar.
Google Calendar now has a plug in to sync with Outlook.

This is a better option because this allows your Outlook sync to be automatic, bypassing the need for opening v-cards and the ICS file.
