Database server update

This week we did a big update and upgraded the mysql server to version 5. The work in the background was taking a while but the switch was going flawless. With this upgrade we do expect a faster process and less complications as we had in the previous month with version 4.

The following debugging and fine tuning got done:

• The price order option in Event/Workshop admin got fixed.
• When adding new services the all the selected days are now selected by default
• added more time (1-10 week) options in Schedule admin
• Corrected the VCS/ICS file time issue
• added the tag "{booking_modify_url}" into all Vendor e-mail notifications. This way it is easier to modify a booking if needed.
